No Guilt Cinnamon Spread

11006481_10153553385055995_5536833182159344423_nRemember that yummy, sugary cinnamon spread we had as kids? Here is an uber healthy version and it’s delish!

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey (I used the more solid, creamed honey)
3/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of clove

Mix everything together really well and store in a jar.
It is so good on toast instead of butter and REALLY yummy with natural peanut butter It’s also great with apple  slices too.
